I would also be a little concerned about Dakotah Euton. There is going to be a log-jam at his position if Nik stays and Harney and Treadwell both get eligible. Conceivably he could be burried pretty far down the depth chart. This is true, but maybe Euton could take a redshirt year. I still think he will be a player. Or at least I hope so. Kid's a winner, and I wanna see our 4/5 man step out and hit some threes

I'd look for him to give the ole boot to one of the returnees if Nik comes back. Is there a realistic chance of Green ever being a contributor? Not knocking the kid, I really know nothing about him.

I just said in another thread, and yes I will really miss the seniors that are gone, but if Nik stays, we can win near 30 games. Pessimists flame away, but I think Zeke is going to dominate. Give him a reliable senior 4 man down there with him, and we can hang with the big boys.

If Nik stays, we can win 30 games next year. Nik, Diggs, Zeke, a matured Abreu, Mclanahan...hell of a starting five, with the new guys who could potentially be very good. Already looking forward to it.

I understand what you guys are saying, but quite frankly, we don't need anyone else to win. Just take care of our own business. Gonzaga didn't need anyone, and has kinda slipped the past couple years with saint mary's emergence as a WCC power. we want to be the gonzaga of the east...well the gonzaga of the west did it by themselves. vs FSU would be some game. They would be out for revenge, and we KNOW we can beat them. Are there any players remaining from either roster? Wasn't that 4 years ago or more? I don't think the psychology of that game would be as you describe it at all. If beating ND in the first round, that would provide all the confidence we might need to beat FSU...why is my alarm clock going off again? I am pretty sure that D ROb, Brett and Bardo were on the roster then. Nick Dials hit those big threes and mcnees.

Count me in the minority, but I thought ND had the resume of a 1 seed. Playing them in Chicago is terrible, but hey, crazier things have happened. I personally think there's a few teams seeded 13/14 that we are better than but whatever. Play the hand you're dealt, and play your hardest 40 minutes of the season Zips! I think this is the most well-balanced team we've had in a while, we have pretty much every type of player, and no team is gonna be a nightmare matchup for us. Let's just hope we can stop Hansbrough off the dribble like we stopped Can't. I watched the Pitt/ND game and Pitt couldn't stop it. Tall task, but if we can do it, we got a chance.

I can't see us as a 16. The mac is down, but we aren't the meac/maac/big sky/big south/patriot league/whatever other tiny conferences that play in 1000 seat high school gyms either. I'd say a 13 or 14.

He just needs to play a little smarter. He'll be fine...another entire offseason to put some pounds on and work on his game, and he'll be great next year. As long as he can stay on the floor, I'm really excited to see 2 more years of him.
