I think that the fans could be the ones to turn around the program. If the women's team gets even a quarter of the student support that the men's team gets, it might be enough to get in the opposing keeper's head and help teh Zips get some goals.

At this point, I doubt it. I'm sure the new AD will find a way to get it done so he can put "stadium renovations" on his resumé, though.

Seeing players dissappear from the roster isn't a big deal, as long as it's not a high number or mostly projected impact players. It's even less of a deal when other players that weren't there on signing day show up on the roster to replace them.
