    "If you have two quarterbacks, you have none." Do not underestimate the negative impact that multiple QBs splitting first-team reps in practice can have on the entire offense. The QBs aren't able to prepare for the opponent as much, the receivers can't develop timing, and the offensive line has to learn multiple cadences and tendencies.

    What does any of that have to do with only scheduling the worst available teams for every home game? Why can't we get some Horizon League teams to come to the JAR? Why on earth did we end the series with CSU and YSU? Why can't we get a home-and-home series with Wright State or Valparaiso?

    Exactly. It also doesn't mean that a school paying a higher COA means they necessarily have an edge in recruiting.

    Who's talking about high majors? Why can't Akron get mid-majors in a similar situation to themselves to agree to home-and-homes? Why can't Akron do more series with teams like MTSU, who are also dangerous to the high majors?
