New York does it one way, but that's not the way I'm referencing. I'm talking modeling things after the University of California system or the University of North Carolina system. They're not the only state universities in their respective states. NEO University would have at least NEO Akron, NEO Can't, NEO Youngstown, NEO Cleveland, and NEO Stark. Five separate main campuses with specilizations, and branch campuses all over. All under the same leadership. It would dominate state higher education, and most importantly it creates a brand that instantly identifies everyone involved as being a part of something. It's much easier to promote the system as a whole, nationally. You can promote every involved university's strengths as your own, and discard weaknesses that other campuses do better.
