Thank gawd, maybe we will change our offensive approach. The Zips should start preparing like it's a new rule next season. I watched the Zips struggle offensively for too long. IMO the biggest myth in the last decade is that we are good defensively. I believe the staff works REALLY hard at trying to become a good defensive basketball team in practice, I just don't see the translation when it counts. Just one prime example...last play of the Ken+ game. That was not good defense when it counted.

His rim acrobatics are impressive, but how many threes is he able to hoist up in a game?

As far as I can tell, George was at practice this morning, so maybe we will learn something. I'm pretty sure I still have my 2007 Cavs "Rise Up" playoff shirt. I think it's navy and white too.

If anybody listens, and has the time to write a synopsis, I'm sure it would be appreciated by ZN members.

Last night was a good example of why I don't like WV's style of play. UB would have, and did give UK a better game.

I don't necessarily believe that. Too many variables. One of them being, I can never measure how hard someone will work in the offseason to get better. With hard work, many have overcome bigger obstacles. Even if he isn't the starter at the beginning of the season, I still wouldn't give up on him, he could possibly be one snap away from being the starter at some point.

I'll attempt to try to bring this thread back on topic from the "I gotta have the last word" guys...once. I find it interesting in the WVU Kentucky matchup that Bob Huggins has beaten John Calipari in 8 of 10 lifetime matchups. Go Zips !!!! I wish this thread was as entertaining as the games will be.

Interesting game, UB had their chances. I'm not a fan of the style of basketball that WV was playing yesterday. I hope the silver lining is that Hurley stays in the MAC.
