  1. Yeah, their donkey is wearing armor, and has a sword.
  2. Michaelee was a four star recruit at one time. He has some skills if he can get/stay healthy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JIeZFCRwOSU Story from Sept. 2013. Michaelee Harris has never given up on his goal of being a successful Louisville football receiver. Now, his perseverance has been rewarded.
  3. I would have never predicted that Dellavadova's spazmatic defense would frustrate the league's MVP. Amazing to me that his defense matchup ability on Curry is actually outweighing his other flaws. Not sure what's up with the audio, maybe copyright issues, but this was on before the game last night. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HtNKNn6QUmk Better audio at Hulu.
  4. Yeah I know what you mean, I was really looking forward to some kind of honey nut cherrios-type comment or better, since Klay Thompson is dating Kyrie's ex. Now that scenario is shot.
  5. My five minute Keener inspired attempt. Speaking of beer, did anybody go to the Lake Erie Crushers ten cent beer night yesterday?
  6. MAC, CBS Sports Net TV sign deal for football, basketball games beginning this season. The MAC and CBS Sports Network have reached a multi-year deal to televise football and basketball games beginning this season and running through 2018-19. This is done through a sub-license agreement with ESPN. CBS Sports Network will air up to 12 football and 12 basketball games per year. This upcoming season will have six football games and up to seven basketball games. This season's football games will include two on Thursday, three Saturday and one the Friday after Thanksgiving.
  7. Interesting concept. Mr Wadell isn't consulting for the Lightning is he? Chase Club and Lexus Lounge ticket holders: Please note that for all 2015 NHL Playoff Games at Amalie Arena, only Tampa Bay Lightning apparel (or neutral) will be permitted in these club and adjoining seating areas.
  8. They can keep "slashing" on that Earth Science class...if it's the same one I paid for. "UA plans to offer six classes in the fall for $50 a credit hour, a major reduction from the usual $359 per hour for undergraduate students at the main campus."
  9. Students, faculty, and alumni had a contest to choose a nickname for the university's athletic teams. I don't believe that is the case this time around.
  10. MAC's Khalil Mack Poised for Stardom (click here for entire story). ....Mack noticed Texans backup tight end Ryan Griffin lining up across from him. I played against this guy in college, Mack thought to himself. If he's out here, I know I can play this game at a high level. Mack easily tossed Griffin aside on a couple more runs to remind the former UConn star that little had changed now that they were competing on football's biggest stage. In fact, the longer Mack played in that 30-14 Week 2 loss, the more he felt as though he was making a statement with every play. The Raiders may not have been winning, but the rookie was telling the world something about a player who had been selected fifth overall in the 2014 draft. "I learned early on that it's hard to win games in this league," Mack said. "You have to pay attention to detail. You have to always have the right technique. And you really do have to play every down like it's your last."... ...Mack had followed a similar routine in college, when he helped the Bulls grow from a program that won two games during his freshman season to one that finished second in the MAC during his senior year. A similar challenge now awaits him in Oakland.
  11. UAB football coming back.
  12. Gallery help. Keener, I have that some cup. Excellent for shaking margaritas in too.
  13. Less confusion when it was spelled right back in 2007 before the Akron marketing team "borrowed" it this year.
  14. Ohhhhh, I'm sure you want them to go back to their primary logo of 1966. Well your just WRONG K92. The maroon covered wagon BLOWS! The current logo is the best one. You need to do some research (I mean clicking around aimlessly on the internet) on how successful the current logo is before you just come on here and start spouting off your opinion. It's a solid recognizable brand.
  15. No. It's just an unmistakable upside down logo.
  16. If you want the see the Z differently, turn your head ninety degrees, now you see an N.
  17. Don't ever research how much bacteria is in your body, you'll flip out. 1.5 BILLION dollar Yankee stadium concrete issues.
  18. A problem not unique to the stadium. I'll repeat what my cement guy told me about pouring concrete it NEO..."There are two types of concrete outdoors in NEO, concrete that has cracked, and concrete that is going to crack" Henk Jonkers, of Delft University of Technology, in the Netherlands has created a concrete that heals itself. It's the world's most popular building material, and ever since the Romans built the pantheon from it some 2,000 years ago, we've been trying to find ways to make concrete more durable. No matter how carefully it is mixed or reinforced, all concrete eventually cracks, and under some conditions, those cracks can lead to collapse.
  19. Great news. Good luck to Zach. He'll have a leg up on the incumbents since he's used to catching an inflated ball.
  20. They are going with the greatest designed logo in sports to end the logo debate. Wrong letters? So what. Wrong sport? Who cares? It's all about the logo!
  21. I've never craved for football practice to start the way I have this year. Yes I'm talking about PRACTICE Allen! Ponderous times around ZN these days.
  22. Your right, I have the same one. It's so old, I only use it when cutting grass.
  23. Just as valuable as the action A stuff.
  24. So Nordly changed his name to Cap? That's just his nickname right? Cap Capi would seem to be redundant?
