College coaches do a lot of erroneous things. I hesitate to make a list.

The 2002 Ohio State national championship team will be honored on the field during Saturday's game with Michigan, with a huge number of former Buckeyes expected to turn out for the occasion. And the 2012 Buckeyes, most of whom were recruited and coached by Tressel and many of whom still stay in touch with the old coach, are looking forward to it as well. Tressel has indicated his intentions to be part of the reunion. I hope they invite that ref that made the call.

Preferred walk on In some instances, a college coach/recruiter may designate an athlete as a "preferred walk-on" during the scouting process. In this situation, the athlete is assured a spot on the team, but the coach is unable or unwilling to offer a scholarship. BTW, this is from the first site that pops up when you type "preferred walk on football" in google. Here is the first site that pops up when you type "grey shirt football" in google. Grey-shirting: A player that commits to a team and then pays his own way through school for a semester to preserve his eligibility.

Maybe fans were watching the NFL games? I have a friend in town that wanted to go to the game but he was by himself. I told him if the next game were not on Tuesday, Saturday or Sunday (interfering with football), I would go with him. I see the next one is on Sunday, I'll miss. Go Zips.

Firstrow seems to work for me all the time. I have the NFL package and can watch the firstrow steam through my apple tv, most of the time my third screen on Sunday runs firstrow because it streams better than direct tv's page. PS I have never heard of adthnet, thanks.

Because it is a consistent issue year after year. It is a huge part of winning close games, and our staff seems to ignore that fact. They need to get much better at it. It's the little things that separate good teams from great teams. We are a good team. Yay.
