  1. Dr. Z, You would think the Beacon would have added a disclaimer at the end of the article: *This is not the big news Coach Bowden tweeted about. Jeez.
  2. Well, I'm guessing you think he is a better coach.
  3. To quote my late grandfather: "My ass is tired".
  4. Sounds like a challenge.
  5. Question: Have any of these ZN.o pissing contests ever resulted in someone changing their mind?
  6. I have never known anyone who made shopping decisions according to varying county tax rates. I have, however, known people who have gotten a big chubby over shopping for clothes at Pennsylvania retail outlets to save paying sales tax altogether. Those people are kooks, though.
  7. Get ready, because this will be reality for many ZN.o posters when JT is announced as Prez.
  8. A friend of mine brought me back some goodies from Indiana:
  9. Finally! @Arlington Road Wal-Mart
  10. Depends on what segment of the public you are talking about. Buckeye honks think this is a fantastic development that gives UA some serious credibility.

  12. We have to land this kid. I can already envision Zips fans robot(ham) dancing when he makes a play.
  13. I will believe in Blowing Green's basketball relevance when I see it.
  14. Visited the Phoenix Brewing Company in Mansfield this Saturday. 5 beers on tap: Pale Ale, IPA, Wheat, ESB, & Oatmeal Milk Stout. Nice little building that used to be a mortuary back in the day. No food, but 2 Cousins Pizza was delivering $10 2-topping specials for the grand opening. None of the beers were earth shattering, but they were all decent. The stout and ESB were definitely the best of the bunch. This place is head and shoulders above the breweries in Wooster & Millersburg, IMHO. Worth a stop if you are ever in the area. Nice to see something nice happen in Mansfield for a change.
  15. One guy that stood out to me on Saturday was Nordly Capi. He is a character. Lots of hooting and hollering. Antimated interaction with the staff. He is having a great time and that excites me because attitudes (good & bad) are infectious. One time after getting to the QB he played a little bit of air guitar between plays.
  16. Visiting North Carolina breweries is definitely on my list of things to do. Asheville was already loaded with craft brewers and now that western brewers are establishing satellite operations in NC, it is a very attractive destination for beer lovers.
  17. Cheers to you, Hilltopper.
  18. I might visit a factory, but it ain't-a-gonna-be no cheese factory.
  19. Totally disagree. Coming to the Info and watching the Zips get thrashed 17-56 vs. Temple, 14-50 vs. Northern, 10-56 vs. Western, 3-41 vs. Temple, and 3-35 vs. Can't was hard to sit through. This was not hard to sit though: Sit back and enjoy the boys get a tune up and build confidence before conference play starts!
  20. The trips to Norman & Madison are going to be fun.
  21. Didn't know where else to put this. http://www.nationalchamps.net/Helmet_Project/midamerican.htm Pretty neat look back at MAC helmets.
  22. Last year it seemed like Bickley and D'Orazio were regular targets over the middle, but neither one of them made their presence known much today. Most of the passes were on the edges to the outside recievers. I thought the slots were very under utilized with most of the short middle throws intended for tight ends. That being said, it is hard to tell exactly what the offensive game plan was because the defense was regularly blowing up in the backfield. One thing I did notice when KP16 ran a bootleg a couple of times he looked pretty darn fleet of foot, so hopefully that means his ankle is feeling fine.
