I have no idea, but I have the same questions about Anthony Clark.

I think a student contest should be used to determine the next generation of football uni. The last time we had a contest, everyone loved it.

The best thing soccer fans can do is enjoy the sport you care so much about. The best thing soccer hater can do is ignore all things soccer and enjoy whatever it is that you love. Problem is that each group wants the other to "see the light". Kinda like craft beer drinkers vs. macro drinkers.

GP1, what do you think about this proposal? Bring soccer to the spring with football or leave it as a fall sport?

I am not beating up on anybody. I stated an opinion and I actually thought I was being pretty damn tactful about it.

I hope beating the preseason "Win Over Penn State" drum pans out a helluva lot better than beating the preseason "Sweet 16" drum has.

Agreed. The offensive line has been maligned by the pundits for the lack of production in the ground game, but I think there are other issues at play there. I also think they have performed far above average in pass protection the last two years. In my totally biased opinion, I think Tank did a great job with them and hopefully that will continue in his memory.

I listen to SXM channel 91 a lot. The breakaway of the power 5 conferences has been a hot topic of conversation for a while now, but today I heard some words coming from Rick Neuheisel that makes me believe he may be GP1. He advocates a separate division for the power 5 conferences: "Division IV". Division IV institutions should not play any teams outside the division. When asked "What happens to the other 60-odd schools in FBS" that would be left in limbo, he suggested they move to the spring. He contends there would be demand for the product a la the USFL and it would be better for conferences like the MAC to play in the spring so that they would no longer be forced to play "those awful Tuesday night games". I heard it with my own two ears.

A lot of the die-hard Zip fans don't live in Summit County.
