have you seen overtime in the NFL???? Talk about irritating I HATE the NFL's overtime rules. How can you have sudden death in football? It basically goes down to which ever team wins the coin toss will win. It is unfair seeing that one teams offense might not even make it onto the field for a chance. It would be just like if an MLB game ended in sudden death, and a team losing without even getting the chance to bat or in soccer, but only allowing 1 team to take PK's. Just not fair at all, and although it is a cruel way to lose a game, at least each team has an equal chance.

Come on now akzipper....you aren't being very classy..... Yeah owning that school in every sport isn't very classy of us either. Maybe we should at least give them a chance to win something so they can stop crying!

I will be the first to admit that our football team isn't playing well this year. But if NIU fans want to compare schools...please. The last time NIU made national news for sports was in 2005, and why was that? because they LOST to us! We are nationally recognized for our success in several sports especially basketball and soccer. So we will probably lose Saturday to a school that 99% of the nation has never heard or nor cares about. I hope they keep talking crap.

I think we could have beat Indiana. But Coach I made a bad play call on the 4th and 1. You don't risk it with a pass. If we had actual receivers on the team I would for sure. Nicely had a perfect pass, but it was right through the guys hands. I understand we ran 2nd and 1 and 3rd and one, but you just can't rely on these guys. All you can do is learn from your mistakes Coach.

He must be selling something they can smoke? if you think your making the tournament with 8 wins good luck. I've never thought of that as an at large bid, but who knows the tournament could expand to 200 teams and they will make it.

Doesn't make sense to me. I would understand if he narrowed it down to better schools than UA, but those 3 are terrible. TCU was 13-19 last year. really is that impressing? Rice hasn't made the tourney since 1970. 8-23 last year with only 1 C-USA win. Santa Clara? 11-21(3-11 WCC) really man? Doesn't make much sense to me either. Of course a lot of big program coaches said the same thing about Zeke when he committed to us. Too many variables go into recruiting, and we may never really know what lead Dylan away from the Zips and to one of these other schools. Well look at us. Zeke saw a great school, plenty of chances to make the tourney, great coach, and of course we can win. Rice had 8 wins all year! I don't see how a kid would pick a college destined for failure. But hey I guess thats the thinking behind Can't students decisions...

This makes no sense.... Villanova had what? one good year? they have a stadium that seats about 12,000? they have terrible facilities? of course we don't deserve to move up, but we sure as hell deserve it more than them... unless they only want them because they are from Philly? so we have Cleveland/Akron. Stupid move by the Big East, and Nova will have fun getting stomped every game. What's next freaking Youngstown State to the Big East too? Wow thats hard to say without falling out of my chair laughing.

If that is the worst team in the Big East, what does that say about the MAC? They would probably go undefeated if they were in our league. the MAC sucks, is that news to everyone? haha our football teams are crap, our basketball games are fixed, and they have 1 team worthy of a national championship...and that would be us in soccer

I don't mean to insult anyone, but going alone is boring and personally I would feel weird. It would be like going to a restaurant alone or going to a movie theater alone. Just awkward and it's not very difficult to find someone to go with...

The uniforms are updated in NCAA 11: Basically the blue pants and jersey are the same as last year, and the white and gold pants are updated to match. The numbers on the white jersey are a bit off, in the game they are the same dark blue as the rest. Still would like to see a gold alternate, maybe white pants, and a blue helmet. I'm sorry= I think it is the stadium that is not updated (according to other posters..I do not have the game). Yeah you are right, the stadium is not in the game, but I am not surprised. Who cares? go to the game on the 4th, look on the sidelines and you'll see who's on the team. All you people do is complain about the most insignificant details.

Why would someone not want to drive near there? on a side note, why are the new Ak-rowdies shirts black? Did we switch our school colors and were never informed?
