That’s a good start to build some momentum. I’ve decided Im going to do my small part too. We’re at a day in age where if we want to fix the problem, we can be a part of the solution. What shouldn’t get lost in this is that the school needs to step up their part too. Reasonable increases from both inside and outside support could elevate this program to the realistic level we’d like very soon..

With Bud’s involvement, I would think we have at least a respectable NIL base compared to our conference peers as well…

I think we showed up (though cooled off in the 2nd). Purdue is just a national title contender and got the calls you’d expect. Most disappointing thing that we need to fix is getting Barre or Briscoe ready to contribute. Think we need that in order to have a chance to pull an upset in March.

Not RPI, but I distinctly remember Kent being ranked higher better than Miami last year in NET (which seemed to play a part in NIT invite). Playing Alabama and another big program seemed to play a part in that.

We actually (on paper) return a lot of experience next year. Like you said though, if there’s another big wave of players who transfer out, we are let again with a bunch of unknowns and will need to rely on kids who didn’t get time or newcomers. With that said, there’s reason to believe the staff was/is coaching for their jobs this season. I’d imagine due to that, their main focus is getting the best players on the field as much as they can rather than development.

As a somewhat newer western-PA resident, I was surprised to learn there were as many branch campuses as they’re were to begin with.

It makes no sense to me that college football has the 4 game rule for redshirts but CBB has none.
