bold 1- if that is really going to be the determining variable as to whether or not Abreu is brought back, then I will have trouble supporting the people who run this program. We would be seen a joke all across the country, especially the MAC. bold2- very interesting statement. One that I very much agree with. I wonder where many corporations today would be if they stuck to the same paradigm that got them off of the ground and never took risks to improve revenue and profitability. That statement is one that I think can apply to much more than the players if the program ever wants to take another leap.

I wouldn't call it laying an egg. Toledo is damn good and we aren't that good. Toledo hung with Kansas the whole game @ Kansas. I saw somebody said that the Zips weren't ready/underestimated Toledo. Enough with the excuses. Anyone who follows the MAC knew Toledo would be a serious contender to win the conference this season.

Would not be in favor of bringing Abreu back in 1 million years. The PG situation is rough, but at some point you need to hold morals above winning. Interesting tidbit on Weatherspoon. Kind of like when KD chose somebody else over CJ McCollum as well.

Turning the ball over with 9 seconds left or 0 seconds left makes no difference. Oh wait, Michigan clearly would have fumbled the snap to kneel the ball and we would have ran it back for a TD.

I havent taken the time to look up the specifics on this kid, but since Bowden has been here, a decent amount of our transfers have been troubled players. Most have helped the team a lot and I believe all have stayed out of trouble once they got here.
