I agree with a lot of what you said, but once again, I think you are giving CSU too little credit. I think it was a nice win for the Zips, especially after that long break. It did look like Tree was forcing some shots, but they will come. He hit a lot of those last year. I like what Deji provided, and truthfully do not have a problem with Q coming off of the bench. 6th men are starter quality and if he is still playing starter minutes, I have no problem with it. It was also a great to see Nyles come along some and give us some offensive production. Melo cannot play more than 10 minutes a game.

First thing that came to my mind as well. Amazing how much alike we think.

One thing that stuck out to me is that Hakeem Lawrence was named scout team DPOY. He was a freshman running back last season who got some time, but red-shirted this year. Maybe a move to DB?

didn't read the article, but heard the news. The don't even have a stadium now, do they? I thought they played at Eagles stadium.

I've paid close attention to this kid in the state championship the past two years. Bayle Wolf from Clinton Massie. He probably doesn't have the speed to play RB at the next level, but the kid is a damn football player. He willed them to a win over St. C last season and Mooney this year. I'm not sure really what position he could play, but I could see him being a nice under the radar find. Had 2000 yds rushing last season (very heavy rushing team, set the record for most points scored in a season in OHSAA history) and 1800 this year. FSU will dominate Auburn. FSU has a great defense and great passing game. I watched Auburn's secondary get torched yesterday. FSU by 14+

I'm alright with it. MSU deserved to win. The result of a game played by student-athletes doesn't affect the quality of my life.

Don't really understand the reasoning on naming somebody a starter and playing them ~10 minutes (not that I disagree with the amount of playing time). Point is we know Betancourt and Deji are probably not starters and their playing time suggests it, so why start them?

Auburn's secondary looks pretty terrible. Wide open guys everywhere on the field. Fell asleep during the Ok St-OU game, but if it was Blake Bell that was out, it was probably a blessing in disguise. That dude sucks. He's like a Tim Tebow but 1/3 as good. I like their freshman better.

I haven't read much on it lately...but here is what I believe they said will happen. There are still BCS bowls (I think?!). You have 5 AQ conferences in B1G, SEC, Big 12, PAC 12, and ACC. The AAC is losing its AQ big after this season, and the 6th AQ bid will go to the highest ranked team out of all the "mid-majors", including the AAC.

I think he could. He's pretty athletic for his size. But we have Conor Hundley for that, at least for a few more years. Not sure I would see Williams taking that duty from him. In terms of total playing ability, I think Williams' size benefits him a decent amount at the HS level. Williams will be a good player, but IMO, Junius has a lot more potential.
