I agree with Lee Adams. You're seats are sitting empty anyways...why not put butts in seats? Butts equals concessions, a couple bucks for tickets (somebuddy will by a program or two out of the cheap seat people). Problem with College ball is everyone thinks they're too good for cheap seats. If you're worried people are going to expect that, then create a section of tickets that are always that price (goodness willing you get good enough people want to fight for tickets). 1000 tickets sold for $5 = $5,000. That's 5k you didn't have before, and the stadium is that more full looking and has the impression of a fun place to be.

I agree. That's what I said angrily after the game Saturday. I know several people took offense to "establishing the run" comments. But that's what we needed to do. I didn't see the offensive game plan adjusting to how the bobcats were playing: First down pass, second down pass, third down pass. Passing all the time is setting our QB up for failure...it sets any QB up for failure. It's almost as if the game plan was to attack Ohio's secondary (which has been their biggest weakness this season)...and to never let-up on that attack. It didn't work, and I think after a half of trying that strategy they should have adjusted.

I'm tired of catching crap from OU fans. Even when they suck, they still beat us. Absolutely embarrassing loss. What an absolute joke. The boys better feel as as I do about this loss. Light a fire, go beat Ball St, then BG, then Buffalo, then UMass then whomp on Can't for good measure.

Yes outcoached. Zips turned the ball over twice on 4th down. The Zips never tried to establish the run, putting way to much pressure on that Freshman QB. The only running plays I saw were QB scrambles and draw plays. That's not players, that's coaching. Pure and simple. They didn't seem to divert from the game plan one iota, even though it wasn't working. I am happy where the Zips are. But this game should have been a win. Losing this game takes away all the momentum we had. This is the year to make a statement, not next year; not the following year: this year. Losing to the Bobcats takes that statement and throws it out the window. No matter what progress we make, the Bobcats are still better than us, that's what this loss says.

What an absolute joke. Don't worry guys, Bowden is not going anywhere FOR SURE after that awful performance. Out coached AGAIN by Frank Solich. Absolutely awful loss. We have two good RB and we ran the ball hardly ever. Put the entire game on the shoulders of a backup QB. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible coaching. What an absolute joke.

They're DBs have been around our WRs all day. They don't respect the run AT ALL.

Coaches are going to lose this game for us. On that drive we had 5 straight passing plays and then 1 running play. We gotta establish a running game. We are passing far too much.
