  1. I heard the Buffalo/Niagara airport aviation director say on the Weather Channel a little while ago that the Bills aren't scheduled to leave until tomorrow afternoon since they wanted practice today. He did say they have a few other flights still scheduled to go out today. Maybe the Bills will get out today too.
  2. Somebody's got to make a decision pretty soon. The storm has started. ๐Ÿค”
  3. Corcoran was the only one I noticed that was missing who is on the roster. Camp played well at the point after a couple early turnovers. Stinson looked OK. Swished a 3 for her only FG, which is not really what I'm looking for from a 6'2" big, but I'll take it. 3 for 4 FT. I was expecting a better Dayton team, not realizing their coach left for Illinois and they only have 4 returning players from an NCAA tournament team. Sure beat watching the Browns today.
  4. Played at Buffalo last year. Started 24 games. 4+ ppg.
  5. Zips trail Dayton 21-18 after a sloppy 1Q. No sign of Annika Corcoran on bench. Any injury news?
  6. Enrique's probably going to struggle against most 6'11" 245 guys. I don't know much about Hunter, but we need 6'9" underneath, not shooting 3s.
  7. How about the BI6? We already play at least 4 teams on a regular basis. Only 9 soccer teams there.
  8. Pathetic ๐Ÿคฌ
  9. The game has started but my stream hasn't. Still "about to begin." ๐Ÿคจ
  10. Isn't that the same guy that was way offsides on the placekick in the first half?
  11. I don't think any DBs in college look for the ball anymore. Been driving me nuts for years now. ๐Ÿ™„
  12. Thanks for late info, but that could have been discussed in the long message the AD sent out a day or two before the game. Maybe it was too much to add to acknowledging the new digital ticket system problems and the lack of new A merchandise? Doesn't really explains all the action I missed on the monitors while standing in line at the concession stand. Not sure what that has to do with a bad scoreboard. Oh well, baby steps I guess. We're obviously suffering from a lack of financial support the past few years.
  13. The yardline numbers aren't straight either, so it can't be a finished product.
  14. Funny, I was in the Kohls in Tallmadge last week and they didn't have very much. I didn't even see a hat. Same can be said for a recent visit to JC Penney.
  15. Good to know I can still wear my old Zips gear. My sports apparel budget can't handle new Guardians and Zips gear in the same year. ๐Ÿ˜‰ (Not that most stores are very well stocked with G's stuff anyway)
  16. I'd rather see a blue helmet than white.
  17. Not sure I could be more underwhelmed. I guess I won't be running out to buy new apparel. ๐Ÿ™„
  18. Interesting that he's joining as asst head coach slotted above KD's old guard of Weigand, McFadden, etc.
  19. I attended all the events and the football game was the least enjoyable. The game apparently started early, was cramped and crowded and I stayed for a very short time. I guess one of the reasons for holding it inside is the condition of the turf outside. I'll accept that since I know it is being replaced in a few weeks. It was a nice day to be outside and watch the other events. ๐Ÿ™‚
  20. Just seems like a bad idea from a marketing standpoint. Geez, it's a new era. Generate some enthusiasm be getting fans back in the stadium on a nice spring day. Might even sell a few season tickets. I know there have been much worse weather days for spring games. I've been to a couple of them. Gonna be tough to create close to the same atmosphere in the field house. I guess I'll enjoy the weather watching some of the baseball and softball.
  21. As long as he has a plan. ๐Ÿ˜„
  22. Good for her, but she'll have to up her game to make a big impact for the Rockets. I seem to remember some pretty good bigs there already. I think Coach Jackson has the loss covered with the new girls coming in.
  23. Some pretty impressive highlights on Hudl. Excellent lefty ball handler. Looks like she played a lot of point guard or forward.
  24. If I recall correctly, Carter blew out a knee last year, so she was probably going to start slow. Tecca looked like a promising shooter last year and they need somebody other than Martindale. Brewer was decent, but leveled off this year and was likely to lose playing time to the new bigs next year. Sorry to see them go.
  25. Not a big surprise considering the performance of Bass and the two incoming freshman bigs. Her play really leveled off this year. I'm not sure she ever really adjusted offensively to not being the tallest player on the court like she probably was in high school. Good luck to her.
