What's the charge for parking in the Spicer Street/Route 8 deck these days, $10? I'm thinking about buying a 6 game package which I assume does not include a parking pass.

Rumors are that Ryan Day took time away from his TTUN game preparations to strategize how he can be sure to be in the position to call three timeouts with less than a minute left in the first half to get in position to kick a field goal to extend a 35-7 lead when the Buckeyes are already getting the ball to start the second half. Yeah, I can hold a grudge.

Since Bilas is a lawyer who has won a noted case in Federal Court, a former top college player and widely respected college basketball analyst I think he'd be a good lawyer for Ali. Ali started the season last year with a concussion and broken nose requiring surgery and had recurring concussion symptoms at the end of the year. Perhaps the mental health issues are wrapped up in that situation. Maybe he feels Akron is a better place to handle all that. Can't blame him. Let the kid play!

Zips started with an 8-0 run to cut it to 12 early in the 3Q, but were down 25 near end of 3Q. If that's a rally it fell way short. Not a surprising outcome considering the slow start and a young squad on the road against a good team.

I don't know. Looks like a lousy place to watch a game. Why design a round floor plan? They have to move the court closer to one side so at least some seats can be closer to the court. Reminds me of Oakland Alameda Coliseum.

I can't understand why this game didn't go better. After all, last week we were able to make a miraculous 4th quarter comeback to beat the only D1 team ranked lower than us. 😉

I'm a bit surprised they even acknowledged the loss, and so quickly. When we beat them a couple of years ago to go the the NCAAs, they never even ran a story. The same for a loss in the regular season.

Too bad only the teams seem to get the new gear.
