To me, to quote the renowned philosopher Dennis Green, "they are who we thought they were." All in all, there were a couple who did not develop as I'd hoped, but no one who made huge strides or surprised me.

I'm feeling a big game from an unexpected source tonight, maybe Virshon or Parrish. I'm also curious to see the crowd. Will the rivalry get people out or will the teams' "down" years impact the interest?

It will be very interesting to see the roster going into the first game next year. The nature of D1 basketball indicated we'll lose a scholarship player or two between now and then. Let's hope it's not someone that would really hurt.

The Headline for the Zips/Canada game read "Buffalo routs Zips for No. 1 seed in MAC". That rag has gotten so bad NEO parakeets are refusing to crap on it.

Let's just hope to play beyond Monday night. I'm not expecting a run, but every game these kids get to play is a bonus heading into next season.

Well, we're here at last, the last game of the regular season. A painful season for which some of the bad taste could be washed away with a home thumping of our friends from Ravenna.

Well, the fine Beacon Journal's headline characterized the game as a rout. Of course, they didn't send anyone so it was a wire report, but they control the headline. Maybe GT hasn't mastered the stream. Also, the kid that made the halftime shot won 12 medium pizzas.

He said he had enough and that it was ridiculous. One possession game then bad call on Duvivier. Loved the kids' effort. Calls didn't go their way. Kids deserve better.
