I understand. It's like the Cleveland thing -- some folks on here hate all things Cleveland and others don't. Some like one uniform and others don't. Some prefer the Roo to the Z and others don't. Some prefer beer over wine and others don't. I don't expect we'll ever reach 100% agreement on any issue in this forum ... other than the pure joy of beating Can't.

+1. The Roo helmet is very cool, and $200 less than the Chrome Z. I'd like to see them offer the authentic replicas of the Black Jerseys as well.

Replica meaning it's the exact same design, . Authentic meaning it's not a rip off, produced by the same company that produces the helmets. I don't think its an oxymoron at all. Kinda like how they gave out those #7 Jerseys last season. Those weren't authentic, they were produced by some company other than Addidas.

I know this is not a UA uniform post, but the Navy helmets for the Army Navy game are all hand painted ships, grouped by seven different position groups. Those are awesome.

The solid blue uni's we wore against Buffalo were great. Blue helmet, jersey & pants. My favorite of the year.

I also like our solid white look on the road.

The white kangaroo helmet we wore against Can't was pretty sweet too. (IMHO would have looked better with white pants.)

I love the Z logo on anything. Basically, I love the uniform combos we've got going right now. Very cool. Honestly some of my favorite uniforms in college football & I'm not just saying that because I'm a Zips fan.

I agree. I thought the equipment team did a great job "mixing" our look all year. They have their own twitter handle @ZipsEquipment. They gave a shout out to Healy Awards for getting the decals ready this week. I forgot to take a photo Friday, darn it, but they posted one.

All the equipment this year was fantastic. They did a great job turning water into wine, considering they had the base of the old uniforms to work with. I kinda wanted to see Blue pants, blue jersey and the Gold Helmets against Can't, but I guess we wore that combo earlier in the year?

Depending if we're the "home" team or not, I'd bet we'd go with something like the Black uniforms. We ALWAYS seem to do the black uniforms in national games for some asinine reason.

Personally, I think the blue and white uniforms look pretty dated. I hope we see an a refresh in 2016. The helmets have been a good step. Nice use of different decals.

Black or blue, I just want the traditional Akron font for the numbers and lettering. The black jerseys don't have that currently as far as I know.

As a designer with more than 32 years experience, I feel that is one butt-ugly, poorly drawn font. I've hated it since it's introduction. I would prefer to keep it off the uniforms.
