Max has offers from, among others, Ohio, Toledo, Syracuse & Cincinnati. I hope you're right B&G. This class is picking up some nice momentum, especially in spots where I don't think we have a lot of young depth (LB and DL).

LZIp
Joe Tresey is doing work. Nice to have some new (old) blood in the program.
94zipgrad
This whole defense is graduating, we have quite a few contributors returning but we definitely needed to reload & address defensive depth, I like how they are recruiting. It seems to have certainly improved over the last couple years. Hopefully we can truly compete for MACC.

LZIp
Have some time today, so I went through and added offers for all of our commits so far. 72 Roo
Too many Akron only offers. But definitely better than in the past.
Blue & Gold
I’ve had my fingers crossed for Deearius Reese for a year now. He’s a good one.
Blue & Gold
I don't know if this article on WR transfer Jonah Morris should go in this thread... ABJ: Hoban graduate Jonah Morris transfers from Indiana to UA; former Knights star ready to play WR for Zips The article says they still don't know whether he'll be granted a hardship waiver so he can play this year. States that coming out of HS he held scholarship offers from Indiana, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Kentucky, Pittsburgh, Kent State, BUGS, Miami-O, & UA.
72 Roo
For our sake and his I hope he gets a medical hardship waiver. He is a difference maker who we can sorely use. It is a fact we are rebuilding at the OL and WR positions. But we may emerge stronger and better than last season thus catching a few teams by surprise with our explosiveness. That may be just the ticket we need to win several of our toss-up games, which we have many.

Captain Kangaroo
His film reminds me a lot of Charlie Frye. Throws on the roll out nice, always looking down field, strong arm, elusive, he can tuck it and run. Looks like he'll be fun to watch! Blue & Gold
I'm on my phone so I'll post the link later & update the first post, but I see on Twitter we got a verbal from another cornerback. Chris McDonald of South ridge HS in Miami, FL. This is a good get. He had 18 offers. Edited August 2, 2018 by Blue & Gold

You beat me to it B&G https://247sports.com/player/chris-mcdonald-jr-46036879 I've said it before, but Otis Mounds has been a great hire. The pass defense hasn't really been a concern since he's been here and he brings in some real talent every year. Seems TB has recognized it too with the promotion to passing game coordinator and recruiting coordinator. We need to do all we can do to keep ahold of him, because I bet some bigger programs will come calling before too long. Over the past few seasons Otis Mounds has proven to be an outstanding recruiter and our secondary is now officially stacked with talent. Here are McDonald's other offers. Among them, we beat out Southern Miss, Appalachian State, BUGS, Buffalo, FAU, Marshall, UMass, N.C. State, Temple, Toledo & USF. Good show, Otis! Blue & Gold
Just received word that Treon Sibley didn't qualify last year & will also be included in this year's class. Also received word that Jonah Morris will be on the field this fall! 3

72 Roo
B & G and LZ, I couldn't agree with you more that we need to do all we can to keep coach Mounds, but, unfortunately, we will lose him. We may grow to be a good place to be, yet we will not be able to offer the money nor the prestige of a P5 program. It sucks and I hate it, but that is reality. Let's enjoy him while we have him. On another note I love our recruiting. The talent pool is getting deeper and wider. Your announcement that Jonah will be available this season is a game breaker. Defenses will not be able to focus on Kwad and/or MTB. Kato will have more time in the pocket. The running game will be harder to shut down as D's will have to spread out. All credit to TB for continuing to rebuild our program. Things look much better!
Blue & Gold
Just received a verbal from 6-6, 220 Will King of New Albany, Ohio. Last season the DE was 2nd Team All-Ohio. MaxPreps has the DE ranked as one of the best big-school senior defensive linemen in the state.
