True athletes and competitors do not want gimmes.  They want to compete and win.  That is the culture that Coach Arth is building.  We can win the tough way, and that would be more satisfying.

Put me amongst those tired of seeing the Zips name associated week-in-week-out with the nation's longest losing streak.

 

I want to see our guys smiling and celebrating a win for the first time in 2 years. I'll take a win any way I can get it.

Just saw an article that 4 BGSU players were suspended for the balance of the season for violating team rules.  Loeffler is having some fun changing the culture up there.

thanks for the link.  looking at the BGSU website, it does not appear that these 4 players are prime time and will have a big impact on the outcome of the game.  2 of them played little and 2 of them played more but were not starters or serious contributors.
