This is a bungle by the refs. Was it a 2 or 3 that was originally called? I know it sure wasn’t overturnable.

The ref nearest the play put his arms up for a three but immediately changed it to 2 fingers.

I agree only to a point. Regardless of what the Princeton’s announcers might think, they got a lot of home cooking in those final minutes.

Groce pissed off on the radio right now

Horrific coaching with 7 minutes to go.

Up 11 and we take 4 consecutive 3 pointers while  they had no defense when we drove it for pull-up 2 pointers and offensive rebounds by James all second half.  We deserved to lose!

Groce is good and pi$$ed.  He just said that sometimes in life you get served s*** sandwiches.  7 minutes to say it was conclusive.

Groce said it was the worst road call in his 8 years at Akron.  Before he took the mic you could here him angry in the background telling someone it was bull****.

Not how I thought the season would go to this point, but they are improving. Individually and collectively.

 

Learning how to finish games is next on their “to do” list.

I felt our best performance of the season was our game 1 loss to Arkansas State. We got dog walked our previous 3 losses and this game we choked away a 15 point lead. 

 

Fortunately for us the MAC is dog crap. Unfortunately for us even if we win the MAC, whatever 2 seed we face in the tournament will physically dominate us.
