kreed5120 Posted August 21 Report Posted August 21 Any idea when the full OOC schedule is expected? A decent number of programs have released theirs so far and when I come across them I quickly look to see if Akron is listed, but I haven't seen them. Quote
csims0917 Posted August 22 Report Posted August 22 It’s usually middle of August. They’re probably waiting for someone to finalize a date. Quote
LZIp Posted August 27 Report Posted August 27 So does this mean Evan is no ineligible and we have a roster spot open?? Quote

kreed5120 Posted August 28 Report Posted August 28 College athletics has become much less entertaining once a JD degree became required to properly follow. Probably why I watch much fewer random games than I did ~10 years ago. 2 Quote

Zippy87 Posted September 3 Report Posted September 3 I thought we didn't have a roster spot? Did someone leave? Quote

I admittedly don't really know what matters in terms of eligibility but Oriol played two years at junior college she two in D1 so maybe since it's only two D1 seasons, that matters? I don't know. Good point, that also could be the difference. I haven't followed all the injunctions closely enough to know who would or wouldn't be eligible based on those. Quote
zippy5 Posted September 4 Report Posted September 4 Hopefully the guy that did our due diligence on our QB isn't the one that signed off here Quote
Zippy87 Posted September 4 Report Posted September 4 Kamrin Oriol - 21/4/3, 40% 3PT Tahj Staveskie - 17/4/4, 37% 3PT That's a heckuva backcourt duo! 1 1 Quote

Oriol is part of the Georgia case which has SEC backing so he should, theoretically, be a lock. 1 Quote
kreed5120 Posted Tuesday at 03:22 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 03:22 PM I remember a few years ago how some here were talking up the Zippy cookies. I unfortunately not going to be able to attend this, but I thought I'd share for those who might not have seen it. Quote

The NCAA has ruled only Zippy cookies in the oven by 11:43:02pm EST on 9/11 can make an appearance, limiting the overall selection. To be determined if the 12th Circuit Court of Appeals in Alaska will have an appeal in time.
