They have some talent. Just don't seem well coached. They spent all of maybe 5 minutes this game feeding their bigs the ball in the low post, which allowed them to erase the half-time deficit. They then abandoned what worked. Miami is baiting them into playing their style of play and it's working for Miami.

Back on the Zips topic for a minute. Texas Tech has four big guys 6'8 6'11 6'11 and 7 ft. None of them play many valuable minutes. And with Toppin out there isn't anybody else on the team above 6'6. Zips should certainly not be at a size disadvantage.

I don't think Miami's gameplan is horrendous. They know they don't match up, but if they can all keep hitting ridiculous shots like they're Jon Diebler at Upper Sandusky, they can beat SMU. Only gotta do it for 20 more minutes.

Truly some of the worst coaching I've ever seen. Btw, Miami OH's game plan is horrendous. They're getting away with it because SMU isn't making squat and they're making enough.

I don't get how SMU keeps giving them looks. They aren't wide open but SMU needs to run them off the line

I think he's their #2. For a team that doesn't have size, 2 of their biggest players have lethal shots. That's what gives them any type of separation from their competition - not Suder.

Miami is actually now tied with SMU in rebounds. If they can stay within reach they can win this.
