A lot of recruits on campus yesterday. Still waiting for that first commit to kick off the 2020 class though, as far as I can tell. Am a fan of this new regime's activity on the recruiting trail.

Nice home win over Buffalo today. Bulls were a Sweet 16 team last yesr and beat Zips by 19 few weeks ago. Wouldn't the female version of the "Bulls" be the "Cows?"

Kreed and some others clearly want use this thread to lay bare their own politics and religious bigotry. I simply meant to talk about LU’s athletic program and what I’ve seen with my own two eyes. Their facilities and financial support are unreal, and now that they’ve hired a coach who has shown a marked ability to take multiple programs from the bottom to the top very quickly, I don’t think this is a wise scheduling decision for us. Let’s keep the discussion to football.

He was 1 for 7, took no free throws and had 6 turnovers. To his credit, his effort was up on defense and the boards.

He held Miami's leading scorer to 1-8 from the field and had 7 rebounds and 7 assists. I hope he plays this bad all the time.

WE shot 47% from the field and 44% from the 3 line. That has to be our best shooting percentage all year in the MAC. I think this team plays so much better when they shoot the 3 ball less and today they only took 25 3 ball shots. This team can play with anybody when they shoot the ball well. It seems that Riak and E Man are playing better, especially on defense. When the team is shooting well their offensive weaknesses are not as glaring. I thought Groce was going to have a stroke when we were up by 11 and we turned the ball over on a fast break. He immediately called a timeout. If we can shoot the ball this well in Buffalo we stand a chance of winning. Great to see Daniel hitting the mark on the 3 ball.

Agreed. Usual good defensive effort. Add in the ball movement and better shot selection on offense and it all added up to a comfortable win. In control all the way! Go Zips!

Cheese's growth & development has been fun to watch this season. Poke and Riak are getting better. One of the most complete games. Loved it, good win, onto the next one.

Banks shot has regressed as the season has gone on.

I think the Zips's chances in this one come down to limiting Canada's 3 point success. They are a solid team all around, but if they are hitting the three they can hit a whole other level. Their athleticism, motion and slashing are top notch, but when the defense has to extend to deal with hot 3 shooters, the stuff they're best at just gets better. When they were here, the Zips limited them to 29% from three point territory and that helped keep them in the game. Without a replay of defense like that, it could be a long night for the Zips.
