was not sure....where to post this Liam Curran was the zips goal keeper coach for the 2010 national champions (GK coach from 2010 to 2012) Very talented coach...and was part of a great coaching staff in 2010. Liam started off in 2016 working for the Atlanta United Academy... then moved to the USL Atlanta team and will now get to work with Brad Guzan and others as he is now the MLS Atlanta team goal keeper coach Congratulations, Liam and thanks for all that you did for the zips from 2010 to 2012

I'd be more interested in a doubleheader if the women's team was actually good. Even worse this team plays a heavy number of seniors and is still bad so it's not like I'd be watching a young team develop into being good.

Improved? How can you tell? He's been on the bench all season. Somebody else mentioned good hands and footwork. The primary attributes of an effective big man, in my opinion. Why has someone with these natural abilities not been playing? I just don't get it. I've watched Jayden since he was a freshman. He was coming into his own until that horrible season ending fall. Has not really had much of an opportunity since. I'm not surprised he was effective last night. I'd really like to see him become more of a factor going forward. Lord knows we need help at that position.

For the life of me, I don't understand why Groce has not been playing Sayles all season. Hopefully he has now seen the error of his ways. This team is MUCH better when Sayles or Reece are on the floor.

I knew that X man had a bad shooting game but was surprised to see he was 1 of 12. I remember his lone basket and it was a fade away from 10 feet over a defender as time ran out. I did not realize that Banks had a tough shooting night and was 1 of 5. X man is triggering some fast 3 pointers over the defender and when he is off they have not been close. He needs to get better shots. THe fact that this team can win on the road when 2 of our best players shoot 2 for 17 and no three pointers is a credit to Groce and well this team is playing on defense. Tribble played some great minutes while Cheese and LCJ carried the team. Before the game I noticed how Sayles seemed to buy into Groce's system in that he has lost weight and seems quicker. Last night he played some great minutes and had great chemistry with LCJ on the give and go. Jackson can make you look good as long as your hands are ready to receive the ball as you move to the basket. This is the first time I have said this in 2 years but I would like to see Sayles get more minutes. This team has a chance for the one seed.

When Len Paul played there were no three point shots and no dunking. There was also no shot clock. Yah, he could have scored a few thousand more points!

Joe played in the JAR as well, fun to watch with that unorthodox style but man he had so many different ways to score. Too bad Huggins wasn't hired a couple years earlier. Joe is still far and away the leading scorer in Zips history and it's not close. The gap between him and number two is as big as the gap between #2 and #8. Of course number 2 is Len Paul and had be been eligible to play his freshman year its possible he could have the all-time scoring title.
