I’ve been to games at Toledo and the only thing different is that they have been winning for a long time which translates into better crowds…which translates into better atmosphere….which translates into better experience. Akron has a great stadium, if they start winning it will be a fun atmosphere.

Well, obviously there is a balance needed for your out of conference schedule and having Ohio State does not help your chances of winning but every MAC team does it. It’s a much needed payday for MAC teams and it’s a reality. Saying that they’re out of conference schedule is tough and saying that this athletic department/football team is not trying to win are two very different things.

I’m sorry, but that is just such a stupid comment. Why in the hell would they not be trying to win?? Please explain to me how not winning would benefit this program
