The prices are better than what we get through the Akron ticket office but I don't think they're available in the same section, are they? Looks like probably the sections right next to the ticket office section.

All of our losses are under 100 in the NET. Definitely no bad losses, even if we should have won two of them.

Hmm, I didn't realize that and didn't look at the box scores. I just relied on my memory which is clearly flawed 🤣 Well, in that case, it's especially concerning for MMK because those games were before Chabi returned and he's not likely to see an increase in minutes now.

I do think EMU is better than their 3-7 conference record, as they've had some close losses that would have them around even in the conference. But with some injuries on their end, and our team back to full strength, this should be an easy win.

Agreed, Marvin was undersized against Kent, but he should be back in there more tomorrow night.

All of our wins are by 10+ points, so that certainly helps. Plus, two of the four losses were by 3 points.

Akron, Miami, and Duke all tied at 27 for the longest home win streak now, after St Thomas lost last night.

Last time we lost a home game...695 days ago (March 5, 2024) Last time we lost to Kent home or away...1,056 days (March 10, 2023 - MAC Semifinals) Gotta keep these streaks going tomorrow!

Do we know if they're opening the north baseline seats that have been replaced by the student pregame area all season? Would be nice to have all four sides filled.

I'm thinking they're aiming for Chabi to be back for the Kent game, which would be great considering they have good bigs.

I'm hoping tomorrow night is just far enough out from the snow storm that people will be able to get there with little issue. But it will be interesting to see how many show up.

I would say that if all of their MAC games are close and all of ours (other than the loss) are not, that kinda indicates it might not be that competitive. But rivalry games don't always follow the script!

According to a few people who cover OU on Twitter, it looks like Simmons and Elliott will both be available for tonight's game. Both are warming up pregame.

The food is very average. Plus, I don't remember there being TVs other than at the bar, which is a small area. So, it wouldn't be a great watch party location. If they had TVs in the dining area, it could be because there's lots of room.

It's also worth noting that OU was without Javan Simmons (former Toledo player) in the last game and postgame Boals said "not sure if he'll be able to go" when referring to the Akron game. Also, guard Elijah Elliott has been out since earlier this month. Sounds like he may be back for this game but it's hard to tell. He averages 22 per game.
