    crazy that a school with such a successful men's program has a horrendous women's program.

    I actually think the building is super cool and am excited to see it brought back to life. There is a lot of cool stuff in there.

    So in 2007 UA bought it for 22.6 million, and in 2025 sold it for 800k lol. I know it's in bad shape but that is pretty crazy.

    I feel like its a missed opportunity to not have a real swens on campus like on the plot of land between spicer, goodkirk, and exchange. I know there's one a few exits up route 8 but still.

    That swens has been there for a few years actually as a takeout/doordash one it was not a normal swens.

    Looks like Jen is in some trouble per the Beacon Journal. Hopefully gone for good she's been not very good and can't retain talent. The reports are nasty.

    I agree but they had some good crowds this year. Ohio, Miami, Toledo games, as well as Enrique night vs NIU. There were some bad crowds especially in the early out of conference games and senior night v Buffalo was bad.

    Xavier could be a good spot for Groce, the school is in a better situation and they have an awesome arena. Hope he never leaves though.

    Downtown is pretty safe I almost never hear of many issues down there nor have I had any issues ever. Downtown just gets lumped into Akron as a whole and makes it look bad when it really isn't. The city needs to cleanup the surrounding areas though.....

    Seems you don't know what Quaker was, it literally was a multi use facility with food, shops, and other events lmao.
