Really dislike #11 on Creighton. Especially when in the first 11 seconds of the game he slammed into someone and then acted like he was the one that was deathly injured.

I think it would be best for Akron for Seton Hall to win tonight. They have the best result against the best team, a tie against Georgetown and will have beaten both Providence and Connecticut and the Zips have a tie against them. So we want Seton Hall to make the tournament over just about anybody else who hasn't qualified yet to try to help our chances.

How in the hell did that happen? 🤣

I guess I wasn't really clear. That's what I meant about the positive mention. It was as though they were acknowledging. Akron had finally gotten off the list, by calling them the artist formerly known as Akronmonious. 😊

Even with it being meaningless it feels like the first time in forever the Zips have not been mentioned in the Bottom 10 - or even the "waiting list", as a matter of fact even got kind of a positive mention.

That's pretty cool, even more amazing you have to go back to Oct 23rd to find the last Zips single game loss (women's soccer lost to Western Michigan). Since then it's been wins from volleyball, rifle, football, men's soccer, volleyball, women's soccer (tie), volleyball and then the string you just rattled off. Heck of a couple of weeks.

I would never wish anything bad on him and appreciate everything he did for us but seeing him in that uniform still makes me a little ill.

I don't believe I've ever seen a double face mask called on two players at the same time.

Well at least one of them got it because when they started up talking about the Minutemen coming back, one of the commentators started saying the Zips are coming. The Zips are coming! 😲

Clever comment on the CBS halftime show. Finley has thrown for two touchdowns and run for one. So one of the commentators said one if by land and two if by air against the Minutemen. Not a perfect comment since the minutemen were on the US side but still not bad. And then just before they went off the air, one of the other commentators said "What does that mean?". I want to know which commentator it was so I know which school to make fun of. 😁

Gant just went over 100 yards in the first half. He is just over 800 yards for the year.
