  2. Toledo has a secret weapon against the Zips, Nick Dials. Nick knows every play the Zips run and the Rockets have used that to their advantage. During this years game KD would call out a play # and Dials would call out the defense to stop it.
  3. The managers need our support to advance in the tournament. Please vote to keep them going forward in winning a national championship.

  5. Reggie will most likely be back next season as a grad assistant. He still has a year left to finish his engineering degree, its a 5 year program.
  6. I hope the referees don't have much impact tonight.
  7. Not Haiku but still, Check out @TheAKROWDIES's Tweet: https://twitter.com/TheAKROWDIES/status/705794557649293312?s=09
  8. Zips finish the season 8-0 with a 90-70 victory over OU tonight.
  9. Lamont Simpson was the head official so no surprise there.
  10. It's an indication of KDs coaching ability if any. These are the guys that practice against the team everyday. They run the same plays in these games. Same inside outside basketball and 3 point shooting.
  11. Zips 105 Bugs 96 Still undefeated!
  12. Tree, Harney, Chauncey Gilliam
  13. What we need around here are more mute discussions.
  14. Dunn-Martin comes from good stock. His dad played at Marshall in the early 90's. He is a skills trainer and coach now. https://www.linkedin.com/in/frank-martin-635b9281
  15. I wouldn't be surprised if any purchase was made with private equity and operated under the auspices of UA.
  16. In the business world it is not uncommon for one company to purchase another under performing company. Getting a foothold into a different market area with the ability to expand is a worthy idea.
  17. I seriously doubt that Mike Hughes will be redshirting next season. 6'9" 270lbs.
  18. This should get the students out to the games.
  19. Haha. Not.
  20. Buffalo arrived in Akron this afternoon. The game will go on no matter what the weather does.
  21. Qoute from the ref after he called the T 'I told you not to look at me".
  22. With exception of Buffalo and Toledo all of those schools are in the middle of nowhere. I'm in Dekalb right now and there is not exactly a lot to do here on a Saturday.
  23. Their arrival on campus along with the promotion of KD to head coach marks the beginning of the winning for the Zips basketball program.
