    The wing position is still unsettled at this point. Gladden, Jake and Reggie are the contenders. So is the 2 guard. Reggie, Deji, Antino and Nyles are in the mix.

    I think the season hinges on three things. The play of the 2 freshman point guards, the play of the 2 red shirt freshmen (Jackson/Gladden) and whether Big Dog's hand heals enough to play.

    Selling tickets for $5 or less for all those years (acme-Zip) convinced Joe Akron that is all we are worth. It will take years to convince them otherwise.

    Woodson has been able to practice with the first team all week. I expect him to have better timing with the receivers and a game plan suited to his talents. I hope we run the ball more on first down and use the read option to use his running ability.

    Way too much cover 2 defense called by the coaches at the end of both halves made the score closer than it should have been. Our defense is at its best when in attack mode.

    Dru Joyce has done pretty good playing in Germany. Oldenburg He just signed with a new team that plays in a better league. Braunschweig

    Until Big Dogs hand heals, the lineup will be in flux. Cheatham will be Pats backup and Aaron Jackson might be seeing some minutes at the 4 spot.
