    Kwan missed his first shot. He had one trey. Zips made 13 treys of 33 for 39.4%. Not a bad percentage but it's still hard to watch so many misses. Then again, most of the misses are only off by an inch or 2 after the ball has traveled over 300 inches considering the arc. Big Dog did not get to the FT line. We only took (and made) 2 foul shots, probably the saddest stat of the night other than the final score. I don't know how a coach lets that happen. UB shot 37.7% overall, 35.7% 3PT. Definitely an opportunity lost.

    Kwan should be able to drive the lane and pick up fouls rather than taking bad outside shots.

    We could still have our best post-season tourney performance ever with a run in the NIT, but I don't have much confidence in that happening. And Buffalo will get smoked in the NCAA.

    Thanks for the info...I either didn't know that or forgot about it. But maybe it's not so silly...they could become a good candidate for the AAC.

    The "SUNY" and "Buffalo" were very small on their unis whereas "New York" was prominent, as if they want to expand their brand throughout the state. Sounds familiar. We will see if they wear the same ones tonight.

    They said it's a great venue for college basketball. It looks good on TV when it's full. They did a lot of panoramic shots and didn't have to worry about avoiding empty seats. There were a few outside shots around campus as well.
