That's a tough call but losing the "expected win" would be hugely disappointing and the "virtually unnoticed" win would be extremely valuable to the program so I would take one of those before the "shock the world". Better just to run the table and not have to make these difficult choices

As we understand it, this is the Board approving this in advance. The two sides haven’t agreed to a new contract yet. Matt Johnson is not looking very sharp tonight. Neither is the WMU run defense. BG is a good MAC team and would be an average AAC team.

It would be nice to have a fullback that could do that regularly.

I don't think Mack's in any kind of trouble. I don't know what M. Thomas's future prospects are but with a $2.5M buyout he doesn't have to stress too much.
