Have to win games consistently to get students and the city remotely interested. Can't do that with the way the AD has scheduled over the past 7-10 years. It's a chicken and egg debate.

Back in April I received a generic email about a deadline to renew my season tickets. Failure to act would result in me losing my seats. The problem with the outreach is that I had downgraded my tickets to GA the previous year. I was so disappointed by the lack of attention to detail I chose to reply and cc the AD. I noted that with a season ticket base as small as ours, it shouldn't be hard to have personalized outreaches. I also mentioned why I had downgraded my tickets and was disappointed in the lack of commitment to the football program. I referrernced the OSU game and OOC scheduling. I said if they changed their ways I'd be more than happy to purchase 4 club season tickets. The rep emailed me back, apologized for lack of detail, and offered to say hello at a game. The AD never responded. I never thought an AD would do a worse job than LW but here we are. Whomever the new AD is needs to understand fundraising and marketing. Hopefully the president gets this due to his background.

Need to pull Finley. He looks shook. This game is beyond frustrating.

Good- only 2 penalties Bad - 3rd down D Good - 2nd half o line/Finley's footwork Bad- 1st half o line Good - punter/kicker Bad - shanked punt The team took a step in the right direction but it's still not enough. Coach's frustration during the post-game was noticeable. I feel for the TE but man does that sum up this team.

Also UCONN is an independent in football. Hockey they are in the Hockey East Conference. Everything else is BE

I don't remember the details either but he definitely watched the MAC tournament from the stands his last year.

You get 5yrs to play 4. He played 13 min his first year. He would have qualified. The redshirt rule is never a line in the sand like it used to be. I bet with the nose, concussions, and mental health he would have got it. @Zippy87 Totally agree that will always be the top "What if" team. They had it all.

Enrique was a true 5 yr player. Ali probably could've received a medical red shirt during his year at Butler. At least I think that's right. IMO aside from the 20 team the one that leaves me with lots of "What if's" is the 22/23 team. Add Ali back to that mix as a 3rd option with X at point and you've got the makings of a top 25 team.

Sam Amico was on 92.3 today. Mentioned how well Freeman has been shooting in his workouts. Stock is way up and could see him going in the late first.

How nice would Steve McNess look on this team. Going with Thornton and/or expecting Tavari to take a big step was a big miscalculation.

Hard to adjust when you don't have the personnel to fix things. Teams triple Freeman and play off of Ali and Tribble. The rest of the team fires up bricks and takes dumb, early shots. The underclassmen don't talk on D and run through the motions during their offensive sets. I need way less Dawson and more Prather. He's at least active on offense.

I agree with this. Akron lost to St Bonny on a neutral court and they are a mid pack A10 team. Martin is an excellent coach and will be a great add to the conference. The MAC can't stop now. They need to be aggressive and grow the footprint of the conference.
