ESPN 3 works for road runner now. weird, it says it doesn't for me. Maybe because I use the school provided Roadrunner? It says Time Warner does not provide it. What I found on Wikipedia: "Time Warner Cable Agreement In September 2010, ESPN made a deal with Time Warner Cable to allow ESPN3 to be viewed by subscribers of both TWC's video and internet services. This is in contrast to past deals which only required internet service. Despite the agreement, the service has not yet been enabled. ESPN & Time Warner Cable explain that the delay is caused by the need to develop a process that makes the service available only to TWC video customers. According to broadbandreports.com, service will become available for TWC video customers on October 25, 2010."

Please, enough with comments like these. You are hurting Buckzips feelings...GP1 was right, the Vest should have scheduled Urbana instead of Wisconsin and he would be sitting atop the polls at 7-0. We've tried to tell him a long time ago, die hard Zips fans do not like the Buckeyes.

I think I said something during week one about it getting ugly on here over the season. I can see that it's the case now. This topic is an example of one fan going after another. The fans are turning on each other. Very sad. This topic should never have been started!! Mike is a die hard Zips fan and deserves more respect than this.

The best thing we have right now is soccer and our dieing love for Zips sports, we have to remain classy or else we're no different than the Suckeye lovers.

I'm so happy with our soccer program that the football teams performance doesn't bother me. What bothers me is that I have no confidence with our AD or the future of Zips football with Coach I.

And their budget also dwarfs any other sport. Unfortunately, it also dwarfs their revenue. Because, to have a I-A football program, you have to hand out 85 scholarships, travel and lodging for 85 players, etc. It was a great night tonight. And a great Zips victory. But, I don't quite understand why every good night for Zips soccer has to conincide with a new thread that seems to attempt to directly or indirectly try to convince people how popular soccer is. Akron soccer is popular because people are enjoying that the Zips have a sports team that is tops in the nation. Soccer will always be "dwarfed" in this country by football, basketball, and baseball. It's not even close, and never will be. Now, can we please enjoy another great night to be a Zips fan without making more out of it than what it is? hey, you just posted something not true. I heard the announcer say the attendance was around 4744. The stadium expansion should probably start after this season!!

Watching the game against Tulsa right now and noticed that Akron's soccer program has a huge following. I wouldn't be surprised if the average attendance this year ends with over 4,000 a game. With the football team being so bad, I'm wondering if the soccer program will be the most profitable sports program Akron has.
