FloSports: Hello (name). Thanks for contacting FloSports Customer Support with your inquiry regarding pricing. I understand the pricing is different. We offer different things than ESPN+. I'm sorry about that. The subscription costs are the same across the board no matter what sport you choose because you still have access to all of the other sports.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Me: Hi (name),
With all due respect, you don't offer different things than ESPN+. I subscribed to ESPN+ to watch Akron sports. I got all of Akron's sports, plus pro sports plus other collegiate sports for $10 a month. I'd be subscribing to FloSports to watch Akron soccer - there's no difference except 3x the price. The Akron fan base in general isn't going to pay $30 a month for FloSports. You're losing out on an entire fan base by overcharging for your services.
FloSports: Hey (name),
Thanks for your feedback, we hope to offer a cheaper option in the near future.

There are absolute morons in high level positions that put people like this person in tough spots having to spew scripted rhetoric that makes them and the company look incompetent. I can't imagine having a second-rate streaming service that is literally broken down into category of sport (FloHoops, FloFootball, etc.) and not offering a more à la carte system, let alone charging $30 a month when the average mainstream service is $7-15.
