From my experience, not worse. I would almost say slightly better. I will also mention, I have high speed cable for my provider. It's a nice $35 media player solution with limited capabilities. Perfect for this one solution imo. For advanced tailgaters, I read if you have an unlimited data LTE plan on your phone, and a wireless travel router, the possibilities are there.

As long as you have an internet connection, you are able to watch games shown on the internet on a big tv with Chromecast. You will need Google Chromecast. Hook it up to a HDMI tv. You have to use the web browser google chrome on a computer to broadcast sites that are showing the game on the internet to it. You need to enable UPnP (Universal Plug n Play) on your router to make it work consistently. Follow the directions in the Chromcast box or you can go here. One of the best advantages is that you can put this on any tv and not worry about running wires to it. In the garage, in your workshop, in your gazebo, your only limited by the distance of your wifi signal and power. If one were savy enough, you could use this at a tailgate. Here is a better explanation on how this little device works. There are more advantages, but I'll just mention the one that pertains to ZN looking to broadcast games to their big screen. Reading this back, it's not a very good explanation, if someone else is doing the same, feel free to explain better.

I would hope OU makes a good hire to increase the level of basketball in the Mac. The better hire OU makes, the better Mac basketball can be. Good for Akron in the long run. Bobcat fans write about the next hire.

Hopefully the new guy can convince one or both to stay. The MAC needs all the "major" recruits it can get.
