Personally, I think this would be the wrong way to approach him. It has to be creative, and benefit both parties. The solution exists.

I refuse to believe it can not be done to benefit both parties? LeBron is making a legacy off the court in his home town. There has to be some interest. I would guess a poster or two will respond by saying it's not possible, that it has already been explored. But has it been presented the proper way by the proper people? President Scarborough and LeBron already have an existing venture with the scholarship program, seems like an expansion of that could be explored.

In college, much of Brown’s best work came from lining up in the slot as a normal slot corner and then turning the jets on and busting through the offensive line to create pocket pressure. Teams can’t gameplan for a player who can pop in and out of coverage and blitz packages, and Pagano’s going to put Brown in positions consistently that will allow him to make the largest impact that his immense athletic ability can provide. Brown is a wild card. He could fill out and stick at an inside linebacker spot where his speed would benefit him in covering the field sideline to sideline, but San Diego has plenty of young talent at the ILB spot already. Brown’s best long-term fit for both his career and the team is to transition to the role of strong safety. Brown can slide into that SS role across from Dwight Lowery and the veteran FS is savvy enough to hold his own and allow the Chargers to turn Brown loose...."

Sheriff Woody is a top QB on the rise for this year. Thomas Woodson, Akron Woodson is developing as a passer, but he accumulated 2,793 total yards and 20 overall scores last season. I see a few QBs on the list that the Zips D will be facing. Should be a fun year!

Chargers Linebacker's Expectations (lots of video examples in the article) ...I don't blame you if you're not familiar with Brown, he did play at Akron. A lot of the guys that I share ideas with back and forth on Twitter that watch a ton of draft players were enamored with Brown. Loved him. "He's what Myles Jack was supposed to be." "A steal." "I would've taken him in the 3rd round." Tom Telesco echoed that when Brown was drafted and said he received multiple texts from friends around the league saying it was a great pick... ...The reason he was available this late is because of his missed tackles and his size. He is 5'11 and 227 pounds. I don't get the big deal with his size considering he had 20 tackles for loss and 12 sacks. It's not like the 2015 MAC player of the year wasn't productive. Watching him, sure he got ate up when he was 1-on-1 with an offensive lineman at times, but that happens to guys 20 pounds heavier than him as well... ...Adding an above average athlete is one thing. Adding an above average athlete and football player is another. The Chargers did that. I imagine of all the draft picks he'll take the longest to adjust, but he might have the highest ceiling after Bosa. Some of the big draft media have mentioned if you have a plan for Brown, this could be the steal of the draft... SIGNED
