Here are the top 16. Notre Dame Maryland Georgetown Uconn Akron UCLA Marquette St Louis UNC Louisville Tulsa Creighton New Mexico VCU Wake Forest Indiana I think UNC got screwed the most.

The best we can hope for is for CC to win the Big South this year and do really well the rest of the year. They are picked to finish either 1st or 2nd in their league. They don't appear to have that tough of a schedule, so hopefully it happens.

So who is going to step up to fill the void? I think we may see a lot of Pat and Zeke on the floor at the same time since we will be a little short up front. I hope they stay out of foul trouble. I think Chauncey might have a big game. For those "in the know" is this technicality only one game or will they miss PR next week?

Just a couple thoughts that have not been touched on yet. 1) I love the play call for the flea clicker on flea flicker on 3rd and 1. Poor throw, or it could have been a TD. 2) Anyone here guess that we would be up by double digits at half? 3) I love that Can't stormed the field after beating a 1-8 team. I bet they storm the court today when they play a basketball exhibition game vs Rochester. 4) Some are saying that Can't is overrated, but they are now ranked 27th in the AP. (Toledo 23, NIU 26, Can't 27, OU 32)

Unfortunately, "Fear The Roo" is not in the rebrand that the marketing department is undertaking. It is being fazed out.

Nice to see they put up a graphic with MAC stories of the week and it was OU and Akron. Score prediction: 17-10 Buffalo blows it in front of their home crowd.

Last time Akron lost by 2 goals was Aug 24, 2008 to UNC 2-0 in the first game of the 2008 campaign. How many other schools can say they haven't lost by 2 or more goals in 4 years? That was the year we got to beat OSU twice, the second time in the tourney on a last second goal at St V.
