    True, the sports networks are cleaning out the closet showing 5 year old women's sports. IMO that is the reason the MAC decided to play in November and December. It wasn't for the athletes or the fans...

    Chris was named the game 1 starter in the second round of the playoffs. The A’s play the Astros at 4:00 Monday. The game is in Oakland and is onTBS. I’ll be DVR'ing it and watching when I get home from work at 8:00ish.

    Earlier today he allowed 1 run in 7 innings to get the W in his first career post season start against the White Sox in game 2 of their playoff series. It seems the A's have found their ace. I wonder what it would take to get him back for a game before he reports to Spring Training the last week of February? The A's don't play in Cleveland until mid August.
