  1. Bandaogo puts him on a poster!
  2. I like X off the ball.
  3. Missing FTs, turnovers, bad rebounding, air-balling/missing lay ups. Same old same old. Can't complain too much if we win though. I think we just expect more.
  4. we are weak with the ball.
  5. My vote goes to the "another ugly start" category.
  6. Wasn't Coleman-Lands good last year? Surprised to hear its his first start of the season.
  7. We'll know for sure once the fall roster is released. If he's on it, walk on. If not, greyshirt..assuming he shows up next year. I'd think the staff would announce him then as well.
  8. And there were other benefits tied to it + KD was here and we were having success. If not then, when?
  9. I'd just assume he's a walk-on, or possibly a grey-shirt - meaning offered a spot for next year. If grey-shirt, it would be the same thing as what Ryan Jankowski and Konata Mumpfield did.
  10. If you walk through the student rec center, there are 3 regular courts students play on, and then two additional "blue courts" next to those used for intramurals and what not (at least in my time there). Significant enrollment drops seems like those aren't really used anymore and now that piece of the center is going to be turned into the practice facility. that's my interpretation anyways.
  11. Indeed. I've stepped up my game some as well. Unfortunately the fact likely is you or I don't make a sizable difference. It needs to be a collective effort or some of those with potential to be big players need to step up if not already done so. For the most part, the only reason we were able to get a coach of this caliber is luck (prior familiarity with program/region, wanting to be closer to family, at a point in their career money no longer appears to be the main concern). Lets take advantage of it!
  12. Might be getting a bit too carried away here, but if we're all worried about staff leaving already, there is one way to prevent or slow that: Money. Go to games, invite friends and family, donate to the program, buy season tickets, etc. The program needs money in order to keep talent.
  13. Someone who is guaranteed a spot on the team for a year that pays their own way. So they are targeted, but not deemed worthy of a scholly, at least right away. Programs usually have 25 or so walk-ons on the roster, whether invited in the recruiting cycle, a school tryout, or whatever other manner.
  14. From our Director of Recruiting. Doesn't seem like any more commits today, at least on scholly. I hope we get a presser or video like in most previous years though with the staff briefly going over each commit.
  15. So with 21 players signed, we should be right at or just below the 85 scholarship limit. With the new rules, we should still have the ability to add up to 11 more players. Of course, that would mean a similar number of players transfer out since we are at or near the cap. Have to imagine spring ball will be telling for our coaches and players, as well as players all across the country in terms of who is a fit or not. Offhand, I’d still like to see a transfer at QB, CB, and OL and I think we’ll be sitting pretty to be competitive in 2022 and hopefully somewhere around .500.
  16. I believe on scholly at BG for 2 years. The PWO's are even up a level or two.
  17. Was a PWO at Boston College last year.
  18. Wow the staff is actually letting us know who walks ons are? This is going to make tracking the scholarship chart so easy. Ha!
  19. That should account for all of our transfers (excluding the kicker who I'm not sure they'd announce). Awesome job @Blue & Gold keeping up on these
  20. Looks like Tyhler Williams is going to end up signing with us after a late push from Arizona State.
  21. I for one would be shocked if there is no transfer QB brought in, though it may not be until after spring ball when more options become available. I'm not sure if Marousek and Jankowski are a fit for what Moorhead wants to do. I could be wrong though. If not, all we have after Irons is Jennings.
  22. I wonder if at this point we're treading into PWO territory outside of anyone obvious (multiple offers and what not). I don't see anything about an offer from anyone on his twitter profile and bringing in 5 freshman OL seems a bit excessive. He may be on scholly though as our OL was pretty thin. I hope we can get some more clarity in the coming days.
  23. I don't think/know if there is any sort of LOI for transfers. I'd guess all who committed in time to enroll in January are already on campus and working out with the team. Though I'm sure all new scholarship additions will be announced by the University.
  24. Just saw that Arizona State is making a very late push to get Tyhler Williams as they’ve offered him. It’s tough for me being a Zips fan to think we’ll be able to retain him, but If we do, all the more impressive.
  25. Nice weapon at TE. Had offers from Va Tech and Iowa St, among other MAC schools.
