Delawhoever is a punk. I'd like to see better control from Cotton/Parrish, but their actions aren't anything we've seen from them all year towards the other team. I'd like to know what was said to them (I'm sure it'd be censored on this board). I've got to give them the benefit of the doubt, but definitely want to us keep our compsure. Learning moment. Its not the first scuffle in a Kent game and sure as hell won't be the last.

Patton was a player that seemed to have a great understanding of his role and played it pretty well IMO. He seemed to score efficiently when he did shoot, played solid D, and rebounded well for a guy his size. He has the 2nd best shooting % on the team (behind Parrish) for non- exclusive post players. I'm absolutely not ready to give up on him. I'd like to see him play more aggressive on the offensive end going forward to see his true potential. The thing is, is there going to be room on the team for another player to have that style of play when you're considering Jimond, Utomi, Cotton, Jackson, and Hester should be in line for a lot of shots next year. Probably throw Parrish in there too. I think he would be a good candidate for a redshirt next year.

Zeke/Parrish would have been T'ed up with our crappy refs. Without a doubt. Yes I'm still salty about both of those calls.

It feels like we are going to be going up vs Toledo for nearly every recruit in '19. A lot of mutual offers out there.

Speaking of Groce's coaching, does anyone really have complaints about that this year? Nothing immediately comes to mind for me. It's been so hard to judge anything outside of the players' potential and the roles we think they might have next season due to being so shorthanded all year.

Toles is filling one of those spots. And lets be realistic, we'd be pretty thrilled to land even one of those guys.

I repeat: there is absolutely nothing wrong with scheduling one damn gimme. P5 teams schedule 2-3 every season.Defending MAC Champs Toledo even play *gasp* VMI next year.

I don't think the loss of Poke and Sayles can be overstated enough. Inside game has been an issue all year. Same on song and dance. Hopefully we can finish the year out on a bright note by beating Kent at home.
