I see that Charlie Coles from Miami (OH) is on the coaches panel. Could it be that he didn't vote for us anymore after they beat us?

Hopefully Swiech and Steward will be solid top performing starters for the 2008 season. That would give us 3 well established starters (including Linhart) and Brett McKnight as well. It will be critical that we have a solid recruiting class next year.

Does anyone find this surprising? Can't seems to have a lot of rejects and trouble makers.

It's too bad that their basketball program is staying in the A10 though. I would like to have them in the MAC also. They have been a much better basketball program than football.

The Vindicator will probably have us as an underdog since Youngstown thinks it's part of Pittsburgh.

I think we look flat. Players seem to be going through the motions currently with the exception of Romeo and I don't think we have any momentum right now. I think we had a lot of momentum until the Toledo loss and since then we've been up and down.

Since Linhart is out now we will see more bench players getting longer minutes. Now KD will have to use them more. I guess this is one way to get the bench out on the floor more.

That's bad news for Nate. This will turn out to be good for the team though. Now it is time for the bench guys to show us why they are on the team. We've been second guessing a lot of them most of the season. Let's see what they can do. It's crunch time now. Time to step up. We will see some of our future starters for next year getting extended minutes.

Just think. Beginning next season we will be hearing much less about all the LeBron ties. The only tie-in will be with KD, which won't come up nearly as much. Even though it has become annoying to us, I think that it did help the program's recognition nationally.

Winthrop (13) At-large chances suddenly plausible I'd like to see that become reality for sure. I like the first and possible second round matchups! And the location couldn't be much better either.

Both look great! Taylor Hill shows he can shed blockers at will and run most people down. McCarthy is quick and can break tackles very well for a QB.
