Nevada: Lost by 2, missed 9 FT.Loss four @ Ohio: Lost by 5, missed 3 FT.Loss five @ Toledo: Lost by 3, missed 1 FT.Loss Six @ Miami: Lost by 2, missed 7 FT.4 of our 6 losses have come directly because of Free throws. Shoot 75-80% from the line and we're 24-2 right now. That's depressing. I agree.The Peay game was the first time that I sat on the other side of the floor where one can see them. I wasnt' sure if they were new or not.However, the way they chose to display them is perfect in my opinion. Very impressive. The way they are formatted, they'll be up there for years with enough room to ad a lot of championships.

Because, unfortunately, they stream the video for the scoreboard instead of the on-the-air television feed.Don't ask me why,but you miss a lot of the action...no audio to tell you what's going on...and if you are within radio listening distance, there's a 30 second delay....it's really not worth it.I'll never buy it again.

She's still out in the real world mixing it up, keeping up with best practices, while a lot of these so-called academians exist in the la la land of their respective departments teaching one or two classes a day and sitting on their asses most of the time waiting for their PERS to kick in. And besides all that, she cares a hell of a lot about her students.She's done more in the real world and is more qualified than most of the full-timers in her department.And you know what else...these guys have completely forgotten who the customer is in higher education...THE STUDENT!Hell, it would be nice sometimes just to have them speak English!!!!!!!!!!!

Class. I went over before the game yesterday in a very civil manner with my game thoughts. There were a few wonderful posters there, but the majority chose to rip into me and Akron for no reason. The school, the city, the academics, the team, the coach - they hit on just about everything. And when you fire the first shots like that and then drop a game by 31, you better damned well be ready for some smack to come back your way.It's all in good fun to me anyway...I think most of them realized that. Oh, and nobody made a claim that Akron was MAC champ yet either...that's just a sad attempt at trying to put words in my/our mouths. I think everyone knows and realizes that anything can happen at the Q.I don't know of one post on this board that has crowned us champions of anything.They bring it up as a despirate attempt to lash back after they got their butts kicked.They call Zip fans, "the new Marshall."If they just stepped back a bit and looked objectively at their own posts, they could see how ridiculous they make themselves look. I'm not sure what they mean by that, but perhaps they are the ones who come off like Marshall fans.Now I temper these comments with the knowledge that these few do not speak for the entire Bobcat Nation.
