Captain Kangaroo
Ivey on track to set the Zips all time record for differential scoring in back to back games. Adjusted or not. 2
NWAkron
I think it's all for the books at this point. Canada is going to blow thru the regular season and the tourney and be back in full force next year. Ohio losing by 20 at BG. Still hoping for a first round home game. Let'sGoZips94
4-17 from beyond the arc (23.5%).
1981 grad
We are dependent on the 3 ball to score. If we cannot shoot 40% from the 3 ball it can get ugly.

LZIp
Can't be missing wide open bunnies... If I were coach Groce I would just roll with Kostelac and force feed him the minutes. Lack of size is hurting us on both ends. Utomi is playing the 5. I find it hard to believe playing out of position on defense isn't effecting him negatively on the offensive end. I wouldn't expect to get a foul called on the road.

Illini Zip
Miami's point guard, Isaiah Coleman-Lands (#4) is the brother of Jalen Coleman-Lands who was recruited by and played for Groce at Illinois. He's going to be a good one for them.

NWAkron
I mean what's a coach to do when his starters are 6 of 26 from 3 and he is on his 3rd string center.

RowdyZip
After they lost the initial lead, the effort on the court ceased. We don't have the horses to compete, let alone win, unless everyone is 100% invested.
1981 grad
I almost hate to watch Utomi shoot a 3. He is obviously a streak shooter and lately it has been just awful. I had a bad feeling about tonights game. If we cannot win with Jimond going for 40 I just wondered where we were going to get the offense. This team cannot win on the road without a strong showing from Klac and Utomi. I do see Patton display some nice moves. We play well in spurts but we play some brutal basketball in spurts. It seem that we have trouble scoring insided because other teams know we do not have much from the center position. There center just clogs the middle. I thought playing Utomi would open the middle but it has not worked that way. This team needs to shoot well from the 3 ball to win and it is just not happening. I did not see Cotton play that much tonight and I wonder if he is still sick. Lets hope they can turn it around at home.
