Thanks for sharing. I saw a post from Pollard entering, but didn’t pay much attention as I believe he was a walk on. Bauer has been injured or not played his entire career. I heard his name called for a tackle during the spring game, then saw him immediately getting checked out on the sideline for an injury.

 

Outside of Darrien Lewis, our luck with Akron HS prospects has not been good for a while now.

I could be mistaken, but I believe Bauer was playing on the edge in the SG (despite being listed as ILB on the roster). If I recall correctly, he played as a standup edge in HS. And I’m pretty sure I remember Pollard getting beat for a touchdown in the 2nd half of the SG. 
 

Looks like Pollard already has a few options, which is good to see. The chances of them seeing significant snaps was minimal with the way recruiting is going. Hope both of them land somewhere.

The summer school to our east picked up a former 4* QB transfer from Purdue. Michael Alaimo (A-Lame-O is fitting) - 6'4" 215 lbs. Spent 3 years at Purdue and somehow has 3 years of eligibility left according to SI.com.

Cam Threatt in. Disappointing two years at Akron. Played some early in 2022 due to necessity, ultimately benched. Don’t recall him playing regularly this year at all.

Played less than 20 snaps this year. The majority of them coming on senior day.
