Ahh I was looking at his stats and thought 2018 was his redshirt year with 1 game played. Gotcha

It’d be great to have him back as it seems the staff has found a solid combination in the middle with Harper and Thomas, but it doesn’t seem likely.

BG hiring Arizona Deputy AD Derek van der Merwe as their new AD. They've started MAC play 3-1. Will it be enough to save Loeffler's job? I think he's benefitting from a really bad MAC, anything less than bowl eligible and he's out. But they're just 2 wins away. It will be interesting to follow.

To me it’s hard to justify firing a coach whose improved their team over the prior year(s). If it were me, I’d keep Loeffler, but you never know what a new AD is going to come in and do.
