I feel Akron is a better fit for him than Georgia State. If they offered money to him that changes the dynamic. Yet if they did I bet he is not getting much.

On a side note, I remember Skip Holtz attempting to teach Dondrail Pinkins how to throw with the laces. His accuracy steadily got worse over the training sessions and Skip eventually said forget it, it’ll be what it’ll be.

It still stings to lose a player as good as Norton who we developed and who was so effective as a WR. But if he or any other player doesn't want to study and keep his grades up I won't be shedding a tear. If he had stayed at UA I'm sure we would have done everything we could to keep him eligible. The one thing we can't do is make him want to be here when the grass looks so much greener elsewhere, and probably is.
