Hiring him wasn't a bad decision given his offensive background elsewhere.

 

Not firing him if they lose tonight is a bad decision.  But this program isn't serious, so I don't see any chance of that.

Hiring him regressed the program even worse. 

We have arguably the worst offense in the country. 

We are on probation losing on the field and in the classroom. 

It can get no worse especially when you factor in how much we are paying that overrated fool. Paying him money we don't have.
