Looking Ahead to 2026

The biggest potential news of the offseason will obviously surround Moorhead. Is there legs to the Virginia Tech rumor? If he does stay, will the investment in the program increase from UA? 

 

I assume we will have a few players who will garner good interest elsewhere. Are we able to retain any key players?

 

Who will the starting QB be? 

 

Non-conference opponents are:

09/19 - at Minnesota

I don't know, but he has a two week head start on the rest of college football and Franklin is already in place. Announcing a coordinator hire this early in the recruiting process could be helpful in securing key players from the TP.

I'm stoked to see JoeMo's read-option finally run with a dual threat QB. That's kinda the whole point of the scheme. Finley wasn't keeping too many defenses off balance with his playmaking ability. 😂

But our Dual Threats are only going to be a redshirt freshman & a true freshman, so... yeah.
